New Chroma Colors!

Knit Picks has just released new colors of Chroma and I’ve got my hands of four of them.

I’m remaking a few of my patterns in the new colors so I can sell them on Knit Picks website, but I’m also excited to see these new color runs.

I’ll be posting the projects along with a video review as soon as they are complete so you can see how the colors work up in crochet. So stay tuned to see the awesomeness.

Have you tried the new colors in Chroma? Let us know what you think about them below.

I haven’t tried Chroma yarn yet but do have a couple of questions. First of all, is it a fingering, dk, or worsted weight that it comes in and secondly, are the stripes of color nice and long with this yarn? I’d like to find a yarn that has fairly wide stripes of one color before the next color begins? Thanks, as always, Deja, for any clarification and I’m looking forward to seeing what you create with the Chroma!

Chroma actually comes in two weights, the one pictured is fingering and they also have a worsted so it’s great for tons of projects. Plus the color runs are super long. They are great for crochet. You can get lots of rows out of one color. 🙂
