  1. I love merino superstars so that the gifts I make are easy to care for. For special projects, I want all natural 100% alpaca. Thanks for fun patterns and the chance to win this project.

  2. I love this beanie! I am just starting to teach myself how to knit and crochet so I am no expert at yarns yet but I am doing one with alpaca and really like it!

  3. I use all sorts of yarns, so as for a favorite? Depends on what I am working on ~ hats would be wool, shawls are merino, cotton or bamboo and amigurumi’s it’s acrylic

  4. It really depends on what I’m making–I love working with wool, but you can’t beat a nice acrylic for afghans and kids’ clothes.
