Hi there, sorry if the video is giving you trouble. I’ve checked the right hand and left hand videos and they both seem to be working for me (volume is barely turned up too). One thing that can happen with youtube videos is that they have a volume reducer that is built in (so I’ve been told). They say to override it you have to pause the video and then resume it. I haven’t had this problem, so I’m not sure if it actually works. Let me know if you try it and it works. 🙂
