During my last Temu haul, I was suddenly flooded with crochet kit listings. I’ve never really bought kits before, but I couldn’t help being curious.
I wanted to see if the finished project would really turn out like the listing photos, or if this was one of those “looks amazing online, disappointing in person” situations.
And honestly? Some of the listings felt a little suspicious.
A few looked almost too perfect and this first kit even showed different versions of the finished item in every photo, which definitely made me think I would be lucky to get what I paid for.
So I decided to take one for the team.
I bought a few of the most questionable kits I could find to test them out and hopefully save you from wasting money on something that might be a scam.
This is the first one that arrived, and I filmed the whole process from unboxing, showing the materials, and then the final result, so you can see exactly what happens.
