Chroma Color Reveal ~ Lupine

Knit Picks Chroma fingering in Lupine
Knit Picks Chroma fingering in Lupine

Here is the second of four new Chroma colors that I’m working with. This was the one I was most excited about trying. I love bright colorful self-striping colors, you can easily see that in the patterns I put up. So this Lupine color was right up my alley.

As you can see from the pre-assembled Heart Lace Infinity Scarf, the color pattern is different from the Weather Vane color that I just posted about.

Weather Vane had no distinct color pattern, they were very random. The Lupine is very different. This pattern is a mirroring pattern. You can see from the bright pink and the bright blues, the other colors are mirroring from those two spots. I am loving this color and I think it will be a very popular pick for Knit Pick fans like me.

Again like my last post, this Lupine is already available on Knit Picks and you can pick up this pattern right here if you are liking the look.

Oh that is simply beautiful! It reminds me of more intense cotton candy! And I love the pattern, too!

I’ve heard that Chroma felts at the sight of water, have you experienced this? I’ve been hesitant to purchase that particular yarn because of that, maybe they’ve changed it over the past year, but I just can’t talk myself into buying it if it’s only going to felt if someone spills a bit of water…

Let me know what you think
