Whatever free time I can eke out will be finishing my first shawl. Then, oh my, I will have to choose another project from my Ravelry queue which is already longer than one summer’s worth of beautiful things!

I am helping my daughter crochet (she is a new crocheter) some granny squares for charity and I am working on some Girl Scout dolls for my troop that is bridging.

Hi, I will be working on a camo blanket for my grandson, a puffy flower baby blanket for my granddaughter who should be arriving in late Sept., and trying out a hookagraph project for a family Christmas gift! …I’m so excited to get back into crocheting!

I am learning to crochet carrier-mats and cat toys for Siamese Rescue, they will be used for the rescue kitties to rest on and play with and also to raise money for rescue through The Siamese Store. Working on learning an amigurumi-type snake-toy pattern with a jingle-bell inside the “head” – this yarn looks like it would work up as a really cool look for that! I appreciate your comment in the review video about it being “slouchy” when finished, the mats need to be soft and the snakes need to be flexible so that should also work well.

I am currently crocheting a corner-to-corner baby blanket with a sweet ruffled edge and when that is done I’ll be starting a peppermint throw as a Christmas gift for my mother =)
