Chic Floor Pouf
The Chic Floor Pouf crochet pattern uses simple stitches to create a beautiful addition to your home. Use it as a small table, a footrest, or an extra seat. It is easy to move and use as needed. It is a generous 62″ around (20″ across) x 13″ high.
The Yarn
The Chic Floor Pour was made with Bernat Blanket in Pale Gray. This is a reasonably priced big box yarn that makes a great textured pouf. It only takes two skeins for the whole project. However, see my video for some caveats on using this yarn if you are a beginner. Substitute with any super bulky yarn to match gauge.
The Hook
The pattern uses a 6.5 mm [US-K] crochet hook. I used my new favorite hook made by Prym. I’ve got a video review for the hooks if you’ve never heard of Prym. You can check that out here. This is a smaller than called for hook (based on the band) and this is done on purpose to give the pour as much structure as possible and keep the stuffing from showing through.
