How do I change colors of one of two strands at end of row, double crotchet left handed? Thank you.

It will be the same as any other color change. Work up to the last step of your double crochet with the old two strands (two loops left on your hook). Then you will drop one of the old strands. YO with the other and lay the new strand with the old strand and pull through the two loops. 🙂
