Oh hey there!
I had a question about Knitcrate. I’m on the fence between starting a Knitcrate subscription or something like Yarnbox Luxe. I am drawn to the Knitcrate because of the point system they have, so my question is what has your experience with their point system been like? Do you like it and is it worth it?
The point systems is great. They can add up doing reviews and referring friends. The yarnbox tends to have more expensive yarn since that is all they send, whereas Knitcrate has lots of extra goodies and somewhat expensive yarn. 🙂
Thanks for the info! =D
I am just finishing a Camo baby blanket with matching Beanie and Booties and a cute little Camo turtle ( patterned after your Tessa).
I am working on a cat toy.
I am working on charity items. Scarves, hats and mittens.
I am currenly working on 9 WIPS: 4 shawls, 3 scarves, a mkal dishcloth, and a monthly mkal afghan square for 2015.
Does it have to be just one WIP? That would be impossible! My most recently started one is a really cute baby blanket for a friend’s baby, in pale yellow as I don’t know if it’s a boy or girl. Also working on socks for myself… Plus other WIPs that are currently on hold!
Working on a shawl as well as a mystery knit along shawl. Got a burgundy dk weight by jorstad creek – not Noro for me.
I just finished knitting an Amanda hat for my DIL and started the baby version for my grandbaby .
I am working on Alpaca fingerless gloves for my granddaughters. Thanks for the giveaway! Hope you enjoy using the Noro and can’t wait to see what you make from it!
I’m trying to make llama mittens with yellow furry yarn based on the llama and alapaca toys from Alpacasso. I’m hoping to enter them into a contest but making a tutorial is a long process.
My “Lifetime Afghan” — that’s what I call it. I have a double yarn, ripple afghan that I started 30 years ago and I am finally down to the last two skeins! I’ve been captured by other projects (that I have finished!), but for some reason, this one, I keep putting off. Each row just seems to take so long to complete; I think it’s just too big a project for me. Live and learn, I guess. I love the patterns you’re giving away! They are the perfect size for me to start and finish!
I’m currently finishing up a peacoat for a baby. :] Thanks so much for hosting this giveaway!
I am on my second sock so no second sock syndrome here:)
At the timeI am enjoying making different patterns for kitchen towels
I am in the process of making scarves for everyone for next xmas….all different styles
I’m still a beginning knitter, but I’m getting better! Currently knitting my daughter some fingerless mitts, and the ones shown above are exquisite! I woul love to make them for her and a pair for myself too! :). The cowl is gorgeous as well!
