Color is great and matches a cape I am making in browns
I love all soft yarns:)
Omigosh, merino cashmere silk just runs through my fingers like butter, but I would take a local alpaca blend over anything!
Hard to choose…I would say wool. 🙂
My favorite fiber to work with? Hmmmm, I love fibers of all kinds, wools, fluffy alpaca – so nice, a soft silky bamboo, oh I could go on & on! I am truly a fiber addict! If I must pick a favorite, I would chose cotton – every finished project I have made from cotton has turned out just as I hoped. My family & friends think I am a crochet guru, when, in truth, I am nothing close to being an expert!
I prefer anything soft…love merino wool blends
I love silk and alpaca for those special projects, but mostly use acrylics
I love a good wool to crochet diaper covers. I love acrylics and blends as well for my granddaughter’s dresses! Thanks for another chance to win a lovely hank of yarn!
I use acrylic mostly but I love alpaca 🙂
My favorites are wool, silk and cotton…..couldn’t pick just one, 🙂
Acrylics is what I use the most because I live in a very warm place and wool is just to hot for Arizona. I would love to live where it snows so I can make as many hats and scarfs and warm things for my family.
Natural fibers work best for me.
Bamboo & Alpaca are my all time favorite yarns to work with. Both work up so easily and are super soft.
I absolutely love merino wool especially if it’s washable. I can make so many things with it for myself and as gifts. Scarves, cowls, hats etc
As well, depends on the project but love Alpaca.
It all depends on the project. I like wool/acrylic for clothing/accessories and cotton for stuffed animals.
Merino wool has such a great stretch to it; it’s my favorite for scarves, hats, and gloves.
Among my favourite fibers are Alpaca, Merino, silk – infact most fibers man-nade or natural as the choice od yarns now is amazing. Love it.
I love using merino wool for warmth.
I am allergic to wool, so I use only acrylic, and other synthetics and of course cotton. My favorite yarns are REDHEART Soft and Vanna White’,s. But I have discovered recently Hobby Lobby’s “Love This Yarn”. It is so soft and inexpensive (also have an enormous range of colors and prints, even some with long runs of color). I wish there were more acrylic yarns that have long runs of color…..I have discovered something called Clapochet (like the knit pattern, clapotis) that makes great shawls if there are long runs of color to set off the pattern. Thanks so much for your show on ROKU, and for your site.
Acrylic now but looking forward to trying in fibers.
I would have to say acrylic is my favorite fiber, beings it’s the only one I’ve ever used. Would love to try a different fibered yarn!!
Love, love… Alpaca. Wool is lovely, too. 🙂

I really enjoy crocheting with a quality cotton yarn.
Wool is my favorite fiber.
I like Merino/silk blends
I really want to try Alpaca but so far my favorite feel has been a bamboo blend I love the feel of it.
I love working with cotton yarn.
If I had to choose just one it would be alpaca 🙂
I like bamboo blends. They are really soft and work well in the not so cold South!
I like lots of types of yarn. But wool blends are nice
I like acrylic for its softness and wool for it heartiness!
Cotton/bamboo blends are what I use a lot, I’m in Hawaii, but I do love a super soft wool.
I am just a good ol acrylic kinda gal.
acrylic for affordability and cotton for textures.
I primarily love plain old cotton because it feels the best for most of the patterns I’ve done so far but I’m starting to work with wool and really love that too.
I use all kinds of yarn. I like acrylic for affordability, cotton for texture, but I most like natural fibers and natural fiber blends for softness.
I love a good superwash merino, but I will buy lots of an alpaca blend if I can find some that I like!
I’m nuts about Alpaca, just finished my first alpaca/rayon sweater!
My favorite fiber to work with is wool, so far, but I am just getting into alpac and love the feel of it.
I love an acrylic/wool blend.
I like wool and silk blend.
My favorite fiber type is acrylic, especially after I found out that you can steam block it! I’ve never used a wool yarn before though. It seems like it would be so warm!
