The now forever-free Harmony Crochet Scarf is the perfect spring scarf with its lacy pattern work. Using fingering-weight yarn makes for an even more lightweight scarf perfect for the warmer months. Get the pattern and video tutorial below.

Quick refresher: I have some patterns that are forever-free patterns and you can find those here. I also have some limited-time free patterns that are usually a paid pattern, but for the first week, or more, they are free to those who subscribe and see them in time to download. If you don’t want to miss out on those, be sure to subscribe now!

Experience the elegance of the Harmony Scarf as its delightful lace pattern emerges through a simple four-row repeat. Follow along with the instructional video below for easy-to-follow guidance.

The scarf measures 9 inches wide by 56 inches long, offering both warmth and style. Customize its length to your liking, crafting a piece that’s uniquely yours.

An easy four-row repeat allows you to make the scarf whatever size you like.

The Yarn

I used some of my KnitCrate yarn subscription box yarn (unfortunately they have now gone out of business). Uru Yarn Speckled Singles in Undertow is the colorway, but you can use any fingering weight yarn. The scarf pictured used 725 yards. A good alternative is Hawthorne Fingering Yarn by Knit Picks which offers a luxurious blend of softness and durability, making it perfect for delicate shawls, intricate lacework, and lightweight garments. With its vibrant color palette and excellent stitch definition, Hawthorne Fingering Yarn brings creativity to life in every stitch.

The Hook

You will be using a 4mm [US-F/G] crochet hook. I love and used Clover Amour Crochet Hooks for this pattern.
