Another Knitter’s Pride Review – Are these Needle’s a Gimmick?

I received the Smart Stix Interchangeable Knitting Needles from Knitter’s Pride to try out and see what I think.

So, what is so special about these? What makes them “smart stix”? If you look at how they are designed, each needle is marked at one-inch intervals. You can now use your knitting needles as your ruler!
