This pattern is your ticket to crafting the snuggest accessory ever, thanks to the magic of super bulky yarn. Perfect for chasing away the chill of dusk, the generously sized hood adds an extra layer of comfort, making it ideal for those chilly evenings. Grab your favorite super bulky yarn and get hooking. The Dusk Hooded Cowl is not just a project; it’s a cozy companion for all your upcoming adventures!

Quick refresher: I have some patterns that are forever-free patterns and you can find those here. The structured yarn allows you to wear the leg warmers high on your calves or squish them down around your ankles. They would also make great boot toppers having the ribbed section fold over the top.

Materials Used

I used Lion Brand Hometown Tweed for this project (affiliate link). This is one of my most favorite super-bulky yarns. It is great for cozy accessories, sweaters, and scarves. With its remarkable stitch definition, this yarn brings cables and large-scale lacework to life. Not only is it machine washable for easy care, but it also promises to keep you delightfully toasty throughout the winter season. Say goodbye to the chill with this fantastic yarn that enhances the beauty of your creations while ensuring warmth and comfort.

Hook Used

Prym Crochet Hooks (affiliate link) have quickly become my favorite large hooks, thanks to their distinctive longer shaft, setting them apart from the majority of large-scale crochet hooks. This extended length provides a comfortable grip and excellent control, making them a dream to work with. The smooth and workable surface of these hooks adds an extra layer of ease to the crocheting process, ensuring that each stitch glides effortlessly for a truly enjoyable crafting experience.

I hope you enjoy this pattern and would love to see what you make with it. Be sure to tag me on Insta or Facebook with @knitandcrocheteverafter, I love seeing what you guys come up with!

Hey! I have slight troubles understanding the pattern : TURN, CH 1, *HDC in same ST as CH 1, SL
ST loosely in next stitch; repeat from * around. Do I have to go hdc, slst, ch1, hdc in the ch1 all around? or is it hdc, slst all
around (and ch1 is only the turning chain)
    Regards Simone
