so easy to make. I was actually apprehensive about making this simple hooded scarf and I have been crocheting for 50 years. I made the curly tails on top and added beads in the curly tails and it made it look cute.

Is scarf pattern intended for a smaller child as in age 2 years or for an older child?

It’s more for an older child, but if you reduce the rows you can make the hook a little smaller to fit a smaller child. π
