The structured yarn allows you to wear the leg warmers high on your calves or squish them down around your ankles. They would also make great boot toppers having the ribbed section fold over the top.
Materials Used

I used Rowan Kid Classic yarn for this project (affiliate link). This exquisite blend of 70% lambswool, 22% kid mohair, and 8% polyamide creates a yarn that’s not only incredibly soft but also durable and versatile. The lambswool provides warmth, while the kid mohair adds a touch of fuzzy halo and a gentle sheen. The result is a yarn that drapes beautifully, making it perfect for the cascading ruffles of this cowl. They have a huge range of colors to choose from so you can customize the cowl
Hook Used

Clover Soft Touch hooks (affiliate link) are my go-to favorite hooks. Designed with an ergonomic handle for fatigue-free crocheting, these hooks have a smooth aluminum shaft that effortlessly glides through yarn.
