It’s a beautiful merino, cashmere, nylon blended worsted weight yarn, and now it can be yours.
Win your own hank of Phydeaux Designs Caresse Yarn in colorway Stormy.

For me, it’s red. Or any variegated yarn with a predominant cherry, crimson, or burgundy red streak in it. So very fiery and sensual.

For whatever reason I use a lot of gray tones. So when I am at the store I am always buying some version of gray yarn. It’s not even my favorite color, but I use it in almost everything I make.
Tamara
Denim blue, doesn’t matter that I have a pile of it, I will still buy more.

! always seem to gravitate toward teals. I have way too many scarves and shawlettes made from teal yarns but feel the need to crochet more of themβ¦.

Purple is my weakness, then teal, blue, red…
karen dufresne
The purple is really beautiful but I think I would have to pick the stormy blues. It looks like my favorite blue jeans and I bet whatever I made from it would be just as comfy.

Just started learning crochet. I’m 62 and acquired a lot of yarn from my mother who recently died. So I’m learning a new hobby at my age. Her favorite seems to be purple. Sure home I win!

OK so I generally have 2 colors that I gravitate toward. I love any blue or blue multi color scheme, but I also love a good red or red multi color blend.

Crafty Effie
This is a little weird but for clothes, by go-to color is generally gray, but when it comes to yarn, I just can’t pass a gorgeous variegated blueish mint skein! I found the perfect one the other day, and it was sitting right next to a really bright sunflower-yellow yarn, it made me think that I could try to revisit my favorites by trying new combinations π

I seem to be in my “Blue Period” right now – I’m grabbing navy, periwinkle, cobalt, midnight. If it’s blue, I stop and check it out.
Chris

I tend to like the off colors. My favorite right now is called mushroom, it’s a variation of a creamy brown. I go for the raspberry’s instead of red’s or really light grey’s or dark grey’s. the boysenberry instead of purple. I like rich colors.
