This sweet cowl is an easy pattern that creates a beautiful thick lace effect. The cowl is worked in the round so there is no sewing needed.

The Yarn

Any sportweight or DK weight yarn will work perfectly. The Capra DK pictured below from Knit Picks is a great choice with it’s Merino/Cashmere blend.

The Hook

The pattern uses a 4mm US-F/G (depending on who the maker is) crochet hook. I love my Clover Amour hooks for their comfy hand grips.
