Use whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk (just enough to sweeten, and a shot of espresso cooled. Use instant coffee made strong if you can’t make espresso. Mix all together then whip in a mixer on high until it fluffs to almost whip cream texture. Pour into a bowl and freeze. Voila. Super yummy. Just like this yarn.

Seven layer bars,
The ooey gooeyness of graham cracker crust, butterscotch and chocolate chips, topped with coconut, pecans then drizzled with condensed milk and baked to yummy perfection…sigh The BEST!

I love dessert so it is hard to choose one! The recipe I get the most requests for is my made from scratch blueberry cobbler….just a touch of ice cream or whipped cream on top and it’s hard to beat!

I LOVE rhubarb so my grandmother’s rhubarb crisp or anyone’s strawberry-rhubarb pie are my favs. No whipped cream on mine. I like it slightly tart still.

It’s an AMAZING dessert….just like this awesome yarn from Lion Brand! And the color you’re showing above is one of my favorite colors of this yarn. Yummy! Yummy!
