Deja, Again can not post onto website.  Here is my comment for the giveaway. I like all shade of green, but lean to the darker ones, Forest green, pine green olive green, kelp green, moss green.  Have always liked the earth tones, and very difficult to choose one….maybe pine green.

    Thank you, Teri

My favorite green is the strong green of a new maple leaf in June, when it passed the chartreussey green of spring but still fresh, and I like it framed against a bright blue sky with a bit of that blue coming through the leaf!

I have to pick ONE shade of green? Impossible! Sage. Lime. Teal. Hunter. Mint. Moss. Emerald. Turquoise. Forest. Just NOT Bilious Green — you know, that shade you don’t want to paint an airplane…

  • Marilee

Teal or turquoise are my favorites! That emerald green on the yarn does look a little blue in the picture, beautiful either way.

I personally like the deeper varigated green. It’s so beautiful!
Yupppp!! Malabrigo is my favorite. Just returned from Stitches West and bought 2 hanks.
I thought only knitting gave the yarn justice, but I have since found some beautiful patterns.
I’m a hooker at heart, (crochet only) but perhaps one day, I will convert 🙂
    Thanks for the giveaway ♡♡♡

My favorite green is a mint green. When I shop for yarn I always end up getting a mint green yarn at some point!!! I just can’t get enough of it!!!

This is a tough one but I’d have to say a nice kelly or emerald would have to be at the top of my list of greed shades! 😀

How funny- I guess it’s my screen (old computer) but this lovely hank looks a few shades of darker blues to me.
Oh well…living in the Pacific Northwest I’m surrounded by greens most of the year, very difficult to choose a favorite.
I will say though, that there’s a fall season of the “evergreen” pine type trees that of course stay green year ’round, but they get a wee bit lighter when the deciduous trees change colors completely before they loose their leaves. THAT “un-named” shade of green is my favorite 😉

No, I’m not going for the contest- there’s just so many people that think “Evergreens” stay the same color all year long. If you live among them and pay attention, we know they have changes too.
Thank you for “Crochet Ever After”, I enjoy it very much!
    Good luck everyone.

Green is my favorite color in the whole spectrum of colors. If I had to select one or two shades would have to say Kelly green (aka, named my daughter that many, many years ago) or emerald green

I’m thinking it’s teal green, or hunter green.. Already thinking of which project to make with this yarn.

  • Carol D

My favorite green would probably have to be dark, forest green.
Would LOVE to win some Malabrigo! Fell in love with it when I saw some in a yarn shop I happened upon while visiting in Dover, NH.. I .bought two hanks/skeins with no project in mind…After ‘playing’ with it a bit, I had to search online to find a shop from which I could order MORE! and then ordered MORE! (An extreme luxury expenditure for me…but was for a LONG, yarn eating scarf for my youngest daughter. I can’t afford to buy for myself! But it was a joy to work with this yarn! (I had silky merino)

I would say my favorite color of green would be sweet pea green because I call my little girl my little sweet pea. 🙂

  • Emily

I like quite a few greens, but my favorites are dark greens and greens with blue tones (the emerald looks amazing!) Forest green is cool, pea green not so much.

I’ve recently started using some Malabrigo, and I adore it — I don’t usually enter giveaways, but I knew I needed to get in on this one!

I love Emerald Green and Forest Green. I have heard that green inspires creativity and I think that may be true!
